Experience the future of healthcare with Inland Endocrinology

Why are we switching to telehealth?
We are switching to telehealth to enhance accessibility and convenience for our patients. Telehealth allows you to connect with your healthcare provider from the comfort of your own home, reducing travel time and making it easier to fit appointments into your schedule. Additionally, telehealth can increase the frequency of check-ins, ensuring you receive timely care and support.

How will this impact my care?
With telehealth, all the usual aspects of care will remain intact, ensuring that the quality and comprehensiveness of your healthcare experience are maintained.

How is my personal health information protected during telehealth visits?
Your personal health information is protected during telehealth visits through the use of secure, encrypted communication platforms that comply with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations. We take your privacy seriously and implement strict security measures to safeguard your data, ensuring that your information remains confidential and accessible only to authorized healthcare personnel.

What do I do if I experience technical difficulties during the appointment?
Our dedicated care team is here to support you every step of the way as you prepare for your telehealth visit. If you encounter any technical difficulties, our team will proactively reach out to ensure you experience a seamless and well-connected session. To optimize your telehealth visit, please ensure that you are in a private location with a stable Wi-Fi connection, and avoid participating while driving or operating a vehicle. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we are committed to providing you with a secure and effective telehealth experience.

Can I have a family member or caregiver present during the visit if needed?
Yes, you can have a family member or caregiver present during your telehealth visit if you feel it would be beneficial. Having support can help you feel more comfortable and ensure that all important information is communicated effectively. Please inform our office ahead of time if you plan to have someone join your appointment, so we can facilitate their participation.
